Fun Facts! In 1856, a chef at Boston's Parker House Hotel created a scrumptious dessert made from yellow sponge cake layered with pastry cream and topped with a chocolate fondant. Yum! In 1996, it became the official state dessert of Massachusetts but is a favorite nationwide. As an homage to this decadent northeastern favorite, we created Boston Cream Pie Fudge.
